Board of Advice Program

The Board of Advice service is a ‘strategic’ sounding board service usually offered to your medium to large business clients to support the growth and transition of their business value. It is usually delivered by Partners/Directors of professional services practices and features:

A business valuation and re-valuation to quantify the improved value

Analysing actual and budgeted profit/loss and balance sheet information and variances

Meeting regularly with your clients and documenting discussions, minutes, actions plans etc.

Reviewing and discussing changes in key financial/industry performance indicators
