If you are a Bstar Alliance Partner you will be familiar with the acronym ‘RAVDA’ – Risk & Value Driver Assessment. I would like to explain why the RAVDA has become the primary engagement tool to grow business advisory services.

The RAVDA analyses key qualitative risk and value drivers in a business. It reveals far more than just looking at the numbers.

For example, it will find the cause of your client’s profit and cash flow concerns as well as educating them on how to improve their business performance and ultimately grow the value of their business.

For your smaller clients, a completed RAVDA can be used to conduct a SWOT Analysis and prepare an Improvement Plan or for larger clients, a business valuation.

The RAVDA is also a great tool to on-board new clients and provides a platform to establish a sounding board relationship with existing or new clients.

The ideal client is an SME. The opportunity; use the RAVDA to complete a complimentary, annual review of your client’s business performance and generate a Scorecard highlighting their future value improvement opportunities.
